摘要
教师群体是职业倦怠的高发人群。相比普通教师,职业院校教师因承受着更大的工作生活压力和自身发展压力更易发生职业倦怠。文章从环境因素,个人发展因素和人际关系因素分析职业院校教师职业倦怠成因,提出解决职业倦怠问题应注重对职业院校教师的激励,敬业意识培养,心理健康辅导,关注身心健康融合。
The teachers group is the high incidence of job burnout. Compared with ordinary teachers, teachers in vocational colleges are more likely to suffer from job burnout because of the greater pressure of work and life and their own development pressure. This paper from the environmental factors and personal development factor and interpersonal relationship factor analysis of Vocational College Teachers' burnout causes, proposed to solve job burnout problem should pay attention to the incentive to the teachers of vocational colleges, professional awareness training, mental health counseling, pay attention to physical and mental health of fusion.
