摘要
为克服现有人工晶状体材料的缺点,采用γ‐甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷与二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷等共水解-缩合反应,制备了一种可紫外光固化的有机硅树脂。该硅树脂在10 w t%紫外光引发剂1173引发下,可在30 s内完全固化,所得材料具有较好的热稳定性,在可见光范围(400~800 nm波长)内透光率高达98%以上,硬度12~95 A内可调,可望用作人工晶状体材料。
To overcome the shortcomings of the present intraocular lens materials ,a type of UV curable silicone resins is prepared by cohydrolysis‐condensation of γ‐(methacryloxypropyl ) trimethoxy silane with dimethyldiethoxysilane and methyltrimethoxysilane .This type of silicone resins can be cured by UV light in 30 seconds to produce optical reflexible materials with transparency higher than 98% (400-800 nm) ,the hardness of the cured silicone resin at the range of 12 A and 95 A ,which may be one of good candidates for intraocular lens .
