伤害生存质量量表的构建与评价

Construction and evaluation of the Injured Quality of Life Scale

摘要 目的构建伤害生存质量量表(IQOL),并对其信度及效度进行分析,为伤害生存质量的研究提供科学合理的测量工具。方法采用文献分析法、小组讨论法拟定IQOL初稿;通过现场调查法收集数据,应用Cronbach’sα系数法、探索性因子分析、相关系数法评价问卷信度及效度。结果 IQOL包含生理领域、独立性领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域等5个维度,有22个条目。量表的内部一致性信度系数为0.76~0.95。KMO=0.91,Bartlett球形检验χ2=3 949.42,P<0.00;5个公因子累积贡献率为77.07%,各条目在其所属领域的因子载荷均>0.40。量表的校标效度系数为0.58~0.90,均P<0.05。结论编制的IQOL具有较好的信度、效度,可以作为伤害生存质量研究的测量工具。 Objective To develop the Injured Quality of Life Scale ( IQOL ) and analyze its reliability and validity so as to provide a scientific and credible measurement instrument for study of quality of life in the injured. Methods IQOL was developed through documental analysis and focus group discussion. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data, and then Cronbach' s alpha coefficients, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient were employed for assessing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results IQOL contained 5 dimensions and 22 items, including physiological field, independence field, psychological field, social relation field and environment field. The Cronbach's apha coefficient of the scale was between 0.76 and 0.95. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of the scale was 0.91, Bartlett's test showed χ^2= 3,949.42, P〈0.00. The cumulative contribution rate of 5 factors was 77.07%, and the load of each factor in the items was more than 0.40. The criterion validity coefficient of the scale was from 0.58 to 0.90 ( all P〈0.05 ). Conclusions The developed IQOL has a high reliability and a good validity; and hence, it can be used for a measurement instrument in studying the quality of life in the injured.
