摘要
利用均匀试验设计法确定了Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca镁合金的成分配比。通过气氛保护炉制得铸锭,并利用差热分析、均匀化处理和正挤压获得所需合金,利用线性回归分析方法建立该合金的力学性能回归方程。结果表明:置信度为99%的情况下,力学性能线性回归方程特别显著,可满足定量分析要求。Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca挤压态镁合金的力学性能与Zn和Ca的含量,Zn、Mn和Ca含量的平方,Mg与Ca以及Mg、Zn和Ca的交互作用呈线性关系。
The composition matching of Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca alloys were confirmed by uniform experimental design method. The alloy ingots were fabricated by atmosphere protection furnace. The desired alloys were obtained by differential thermal analysis, homogenization treatment and forward extrusion. The mechanical properties regression equation of the alloys were established by linear regression analysis method. The results show that the the linear regression analysis equation of mechanical properties is especially significant at the confidence level of 99%, which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis. The mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca extruded alloys have a linear relation with Zn and Ca contents, square of Zn, Mn and Ca contents, interaction of Mg with Ca and interaction of Mg with Zn and Ca.
