摘要
根据雷美替胺的结构及合成工艺,制备了可能存在的2个有关物质:N-(2-(2,6-二氢-1H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)乙基)丙酰胺(A)、(S)-N-(2-(7,8-二氢-6H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)乙基)丙酰胺(B)经1H NMR、HRMS确证结构,以作为雷美替胺质量研究的参照物。
According to the structure of ramelteon and its synthetic process, two related substances： N-（2-（2,6-dihydro-1H-indeno[5,4-b]furan-8-yl）ethyl） propionamide（A）,（S）-N-（2-（7,8-dihydro-6H-indeno[5,4-b]furan-8-yl）ethyl）propionamide（B）, were prepared and confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. These substances were taken as the references for the quality control of ramelteon.
