摘要
用于女性宫颈癌预防的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)二价疫苗(希瑞适)为针对HPV16和18型疫苗,即将在我国大陆上市。肿瘤的预防在国内尚未普及,对HPV的认知有限,肿瘤疫苗的国内应用也将面临挑战。本文简要阐述HPV生物学特性,介绍HPV与宫颈癌的相关性、HPV疫苗的机制以及临床应用。
Cervarix is a human papillomavirus （HPV） vaccine for cervical cancer prevention, which is the bivalent HPV vaccine against HPV16/18. This vaccine will be launching soon in China. Prevention of cancer is not yet universal, and the market exists the situation of cognitive limitation of HPV in our country. This review briefly describes the biological characteristics of HPV, and introduces the correlation between HPV and cervical cancer, the mechanism and the clinical application of HPV vaccine.
