摘要 目的:通过小区试验研究了不同施氮量对诸葛菜的生长和籽粒产量的影响,确定适宜的施氮水平,为沿淮地区诸葛菜高产栽培提供参考。方法:采用单因素随机区组设计,设置五种不同施氮量尿素(0 kg/hm^2、110.00 kg/hm^2、143.33 kg/hm^2、176.67 kg/hm^2、210.00 kg/hm^2),测定诸葛菜的生长指标和产量指标。结果:不同氮肥处理间诸葛菜的株高、主花序有效长度、主花序有效角果数、二次分枝、秸秆干重、全株有效角果数、每角果粒数和籽粒产量差异达到显著水平,其余指标未达到显著水平。随着施氮量的增加,诸葛菜的株高、根颈粗、二次分枝数、主花序有效长度、主花序有效角果数、每角果粒数及秸秆干重均呈现增加趋势,而全株有效角果数、千粒重、产量等均呈现先增加后下降趋势。结论:沿淮地区诸葛菜施氮水平为176.67 kg/hm^2时,产量达到最高为796.67 kg/hm^2。 Objective: Plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen application on the growth and grain yield of Orychophragmus violaceus. Method: Determine appropriate nitrogen application for high - yield cultivation of Orychophragraus violaceus areas along the Huaihe River with provides a reference. This experiment used single factor randomized block design, and set up five different application nitrogen urea (0 kg/ hm^2 ,110.00 kg/hm^2 ,143.33 kg/hm^2 ,176.67 kg/hm^2, 210.00 kg/hm^2 ) and determination of ceus plant height, main inflorescence effective length, effective pod number of main inflorescence, secondary branches, straw dry weight, plant pod number and per pod grain number and grain yield difference reached significant level, the rest did not'reach significant level. With the increase amount of nitrogen application, Orychophragmus violaceus plant height, root collar diameter, number of secondary branches and spend effective length of sequence, effective pod number of main inflorescence, grain number per pod and straw dry weight showed a trend of increase, and whole plant effective pod number, Kilo - grain weight, yield showed first increased and then decreased. Conclusion: In the regions along Huaihe River in Orychophragmus violaceus application of nitrogen 176.67 kg/hm^2, production reached the highest for 796.67 kg/hm^2.
