摘要 松果仁具有较高的营养价值,社会需求量大。本文针对现有松子破壳机存在自动化程度低、功能单一等问题,研究了集喂料、破壳及筛选于一体的小型松子自动破壳机,设计了机械机构和电气控制。通过实验测试结果表明,该机操作容易、破壳效率高、筛选效果好、自动化程度高,满足松果加工需求。 Pine nut is nutritional and has great social demand. Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation, single function and so on existing in current crushing machine, a small automatic pine nut crushing machine with feeding, crushing and screening functions was studied. The mechanical mechanism and electric control system were particular designed. The testing results indicate that this machine is easy to operating, highly automatic, has high efficiency of crushing and better performance on screening. It would satisfy the requirements of pine nut processing.
