摘要
河北省是农业大省,其水果、蔬菜种植面积及产量一直位居我国前列,实行冷链物流对该省农产品流通意义重大。近些年来河北省农产品冷链物流产业发展较快,已形成了较强的产业基础,但生鲜农产品物流成本居高不下、流通中农产品损耗比较严重等问题一直困扰着该省农产品冷链物流产业的深入发展。从河北省农产品冷链物流市场供求角度进行分析,提出了农产品冷链物流硬件设施现代化、管理标准化、资源集约化、政策人性化和人才专业化等政策建议。
Hebei Province is large agricultural province, in which the plant area and yield of fruit and vegetable were top of China, so the implementation of cold chain logistics has a significant meaning in the circulation of Hebei agricultural prod- ucts. In recent years, the development of Hebei agricultural cold chain logistics has developed fast, and it formed stronger in- dustrial foundation. However, the logistics cost of fresh agricultural products remains high, and the severe consumption during the circulation still bored the deep devdopment of cold chain logistics industry. This article takes an analysis from perspective of the demand and supply of Hebei agricultural cold chain logistics market, and puts forward the modernization of hardware facilities, normalization of management, intensification of resources, humanization of policy and professionalization of talents.
