摘要
为了避免公路工程中投入使用的钢波纹管涵洞预拱度设置不足或者过大问题,防止出现下凹或上凸变形,避免涵洞过水、通行不畅或发生积水、钢波纹管钢材腐蚀、路基承载力降低,采用野外现场试验与有限元数值模拟相结合对钢波纹管涵洞预拱度设置进行了研究.结果表明:填土高度和涵管波纹形状等条件不变的情况下,预拱度随着涵管直径逐渐增大而减小;当填土高度发生变化,而其它条件不变的情况下,预拱度随涵管顶部填土高度的增加而增大;管顶填土高度对涵管预拱度影响显著大于涵管直径对预拱度的影响.
When culvert is'used in practical engineering, to avoid the insufficient or oversize camber settings, which lead to concave deformation or protruding, waterflow in culvert, pipe steel corroded and subgrade bearing capacity decreased, field experiment and numerical simulation are implemented to study the precamber setting. It turnes out. While the embankment height and corrugated pipe shape are unchanged, precamber gradually decreases with the increasing of the culvert diameter~ When the embankment height changes, and other conditions keep consistent, precamber becomes increased gradually with the increase of height of upper filled soil on culvert pipe~ The upper soil filled on culvert pipe plays more significant effects in culvert pipe precamber than culvert pipe diameter.
