三维机织耐高温玄武岩纤维过滤布的设计与试织 被引量:2

摘要 以耐高温玄武岩纤维为原料,在普通小样织机上,设计了经向截面图、组织图、纹板图、穿综图和穿筘图等,成功织造出9层三维机织耐高温玄武岩纤维过滤布,优化了织造工艺,节省了生产成本。该三维机织耐高温玄武岩纤维过滤布解决了传统二维过滤布耐化学腐蚀能力差、机械强度较低、易分层、使用寿命短的缺点,显著提高了过滤布的整体性能和使用寿命,为开发结构稳定及力学性能优异的三维整体机织耐高温过滤材料提供了理论指导。 Using basalt fiber with green and high temperature resistance as raw material, the warp section diagram, organization chart, pattern drawing and heald figure and reeding figure, etc are reasonably designed on normal loom. The three-dimensional woven high-temperature basalt fiber filter fabric with 9 layers is successfully fabricated, the weaving process is optimized and the cost of production is saved. The three-dimensional woven high-temperature filter fabric made of basalt fiber can solve the defects of poor chemical corrosion, low mechanical strength, easy layering, low service life and so on, and significantly improve the overall performance and service life of filter materials. The research results could provide a theoretical guidance for three-dimensional woven high-temperature basalt fiber filter materials with structural stability and excellent mechanical properties.
