基于荟萃分析的概念图在护理教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价概念图在护理教学中的应用效果。方法:检索截止于2016年6月国内外有关概念图应用于护理教学的随机对照研究,根据纳入和排除标准进行文献质量评价和资料提取,对符合要求的文献进行荟萃分析。结果:最终纳入分析的文献共12篇,结果显示,概念图教学法相较于传统教学在提高护生理论成绩、评判性思维方面的优势具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:概念图教学效果优于传统教学,但需要开展更多高质量的大样本研究来进一步探讨概念图在护理教学中的应用效果。 Objective: To evaluate effect of concept mapping application in nursing teaching. Methods: Retrieval was conducted to search for randomized controlled trial on concept mapping in nursing teaching for the period finishing with June 2016. According to the inclusion and ex- clusion criteria, the quality assessment and data extraction were made by two researchers. All data were analyzed by using meta-analysis. Results: Finally 12 studies had been enrolled. Meta-analysis showed that concept mapping teaching could improve theoretical knowledge, critical thinking compared with the traditional teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The effect of concept mapping teaching was better than that of traditional teaching. However, it was needed to design more research with high quality and large sample to evaluate effect of concept mapping application in nursing teaching.
