摘要
利用ANSYS模拟自旋快速安装锚杆在不同的螺距、螺丝直径以及在锚杆钻孔孔径不同情况下的锚固力,得出应力云图和塑性应变图。通过分析,最后确定合理的锚固力,这种方法与工程实际情况十分吻合,对工程有很好的指导作用。
Using ANSYS to simulate the spin fast installation bolt in different screw pitch, diameter and the bolt anchoring force under different circumstances,obtaining the stress cloud chart and plastic strain diagram .Through the analysis, and finally determine the appropriate anchoring force. This method is very consistent with the engineering practice, and it has a good guiding role for the project.
