摘要
为促进炼油化工大型加热炉整体模块化建造技术发展,针对圆筒炉辐射段结构特点,综述了圆筒加热炉装运方式的准备,模块、盘管及辐射段整体的装运,以及现场吊装。提出了质量管理注意事项,总结大型圆筒炉模块化建造主要步骤是制造厂的选择、模块装运方案和模块分割方案,最后建议编制石油化工圆筒炉行业标准。
In this article, with respect to the features in the structure of cylindrical radiant segment in cylindrical furnace, the shipping preparation, integral loading and shipping of modules, convection coils and radiant section and field erection were summed up. Some attention items relevant to the quality management were provided. The key steps for modules construction of large-scale cylindrical furnace, including the selection of furnace manufacture, module transportation plan and module splitting plan, were summarized. Finally, it was to propose to establish industrial standard for the cylindrical furnace used in petrochemical industry.
