摘要
以异丙醇铝、磷酸为反应原料,三乙胺作为模版剂,在聚乙二醇(pEG)与水体积比为1∶1的混合溶剂体系中,通过引入过渡金属盐,功率800 W、180℃的反应条件下微波辐射60min,成功合成出过渡金属取代MAPO-5分子筛(M=Co,Fe,Mn,Cu)。采用XRD、SEM、ICP和TG-DTA等分析手段对产物的结构、形貌等进行表征。结果表明,不同过渡金属取代的AFI型分子筛形貌及热稳定性有明显差异;在微波水热合成条件下,通过调变Mg(NO3)2的用量,能合成出具有特殊形貌的MgAPO-5分子筛。
MAPO-5molecular sieves(M = Co,Fe,Mn,Cu)were compounded using Al(OPri)3and H3PO4 as the raw materials,triethylamine as the temple in mixing solvent system of polyethylene glycol(pEG)and H2O(V(pEG)∶V(H2O)=1∶1).The mixture was adulterated transition metal salts and treated by microwave irradiation at 800 W,180 ℃ for 60 min.The structure and morphology of products were characterized by XRD,SEM,ICP and TG-DTA.The results showed the morphology and thermal stability of AFI zeolite with different transition metals had obvious difference.MgAPO-5 molecular sieve of special morphology could be synthesized by changing the amount of Mg(NO3)2under the conditions of microwave hydrothermal synthesis.
