摘要
以活性炭为载体,Fe、Cu为催化剂,催化氧化浸金废水中的SCN^-,考察了活性炭的性能、催化剂种类、浸渍浓度、pH、温度等因素对氧化效果的影响;通过XRD考查了催化剂负载在活性炭上的特征。实验结果表明,椰壳炭浸渍在0.25mol/L硝酸铜24h,浸渍催化剂在105℃下焙烧24h;干燥后的催化剂在pH 6~7、20~30℃催化氧化500mL 40mg/L的硫氰酸钾2h,催化氧化活性最好,对SCN^-的去除率可达90%。
The SCN^-in gold leaching wastewater was oxidized using activated carbon as a carrier and both Fe and Cu as catalysts.The effects of different factors such as the properties of activated carbon,catalysts types,impregnation concentration,pH and the temperature on the oxidation were investigated.The characteristics of catalyst in activated carbon were studied by XRD.The results showed that the catalysts had the best catalytic activities when the coconut shell activated carbon was impregnated in 0.25mol/L copper nitrate for 24 hand calcined at 105 ℃for 24h;the dried catalyst was used to catalytically oxidized 40mg/L potassium thiocyanate(500mL)at pH 6-7and 20-30℃for2h.Under the conditions,the removal rate to SCN^-could reach up to 90%.
