摘要
以海藻酸钙/二氧化硅凝胶作为改性剂,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐作为增容剂,通过模压成形工艺,对聚丙烯树脂进行改性,制备了聚丙烯/海藻酸钙/二氧化硅杂化材料。利用红外光谱分析仪、万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜、毛细管流变仪和氧指数仪等对杂化材料的性能进行表征。结果表明,杂化材料的力学性能略有下降,海藻酸钙/二氧化硅凝胶粒子均匀分散在基体聚丙烯中,杂化体系为典型的假塑性流体,杂化材料的耐燃烧性能略有提高,降解性能明显改善。
The polypropylene/calcium alginate/silica hybrid material was prepared using calcium alginate/silica gel as modifier and polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride as compatibilizer by compression molding.The properties of polypropylene/calcium alginate/silica hybrid material were characterized by FT-IR, universal testing machine, scanning electron microscopy, capillary rheometer,limiting oxygen index and others.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the polypropylene/calcium alginate/silica hybrid material were decreased slightly,and calcium alginate/silica gel particles uniformly dispersed in polypropylene matrix.The polypropylene/calcium alginate/silica hybrid system was a typical pseudoplastic fluid,and the flame resistance property was improved slightly,but the degradation property was improved obviously.
