某公司铅冶炼及资源综合利用建设项目职业病危害预评价 被引量:2

Subject pre-evaluation on occupational hazardous factors in construction project of lead smelting and comprehensive utilization of resources in a company

摘要 目的识别、分析建设项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,预测其对劳动者健康危害程度,探讨防护对策和职业卫生管理措施。方法根据建设项目职业病危害评价规范和初步调查分析,对该项目职业病危害预评价采用类比法、检查表法和经验法相结合的原则进行定性和定量评价。结果该项目的生产过程中主要存在一氧化碳、铅、砷及其无机化合物、氟化物、锑及其化合物等高毒物品,根据类比项目检测数据和现场调查资料等分析,粉尘、铅尘、铅烟、砷及其无机化合物浓度、噪声强度存在超标,粉尘的CSTEL和CTWA分别为5.6~19.9 mg/m^3、2.7~10.9 mg/m^3,噪声的等效声级是80.2~92.1 d B(A),该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目。结论该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目可行。 Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards which are possibly generated or existed in construction projects,to determine the hazard category,to predict the extent of workers' health hazards,and to discuss occupational health protection countermeasures and management measures. Methods According to the evaluation norms of occupational hazards in the construction project and preliminary in- vestigation,the qualitative and quantitative assessment for occupational hazards of this project was conducted with the combination of analogy,check list method and empirical method. Results The major occupational hazards in production process were carbon monoxide,lead,arsenic and its inorganic compounds,fluoride,antimony and its compounds,etc. Based on the results of analogical detection and the data of field investigation,concentrations of dust,lead,arsenic and its inorganic compounds and noise intensities exceeded occupational exposure limits. CSTELand CTWAfor dust were 5. 6- 19. 9 mg / m3 and 2. 7- 10. 9 mg / m3,noise intensities were 80. 2- 92. 1d B( A). This project was classified as the project with serious occupational hazards. Conclusion The occupational hazard prevention facilities which to be taken in this construction project are in line with national occupational health standards and hygiene requirements. In occupational health's opinion,the construction project is feasible.
