摘要
国内生态社区建设困境和海绵城市理论研究的不断深化,使得生态社区结合LID理念势在必行。在综合考虑LID设施布局和雨水径流组织的基础上,以保证生态社区雨水管理的系统性和完整性为目标,结合LID理念的生态社区呈现出不同的空间形态特征。用地布局遵循自然条件,合理组织雨水径流;道路系统加强雨水的传输功能,并通过合理的道路结构减少不透水地表面积;绿地采用分散的布局模式,分层级进行LID设计。合理的空间形态既能够实现有效的雨水管理,又能够实现整个社区环境和社会的可持续发展。
It is the dilemma of domestic eco-community construction and the deepening of the theoretical research of the Sponge City that makes the combination of eco-communJty with LID concept imperative. Considering the layout of LID facilities and the organization of stormwater runoff, the eco-community that combined with LIE) concept shows different characteristics of space form, in order to ensure systematicness and integrity of rainwater management. Following natural conditions, the land layout organizes stormwater runoff reasonably. Road system is strengthened with the function of transmission runoff, and the appropriate road structure is used to reduce impervious surface area. The green space following distributed layout mode, is designed by hierarchical level of LID. Reasonable spatial form can not only realize the effective rainwater management, but also can realize the sustainabte development of the environment and society of the whole community.
