摘要
目的讨论对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施优质护理干预的应用效果。方法以我院2013年1月-2016年4月收治的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组使用常规的护理干预,观察组使用优质护理干预。对比两组的临床护理情况。结果观察组的护理总满意度为95%,对照组的护理总满意度为60%,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组的SV、CI、CO、CF指标也明显高于对照组。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施优质护理干预,能够有效的促进患者的恢复,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to April 2016 were enrolled as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention, and those in the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention. The clinical nursing outcome was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had a significantly higher degree of satisfaction with nursing than the control group（95% vs 60%, P〈0.05）. The observation group also had significantly higher stroke volume, cardiac output index, cardiac output, and contraction fraction than the control group. Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease can effectively promote patients＇ recovery, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
