摘要
采用Midas Gen有限元分析软件对某无轴式摩天轮的施工过程进行仿真模拟计算,对工程进行工况划分,并应用对各工况"激活""钝化"的方法分析关键杆件的应力状态,对施工过程进行计算分析。为保证施工安全,为关键杆件制定专项监测方案,在安装、卸载过程中对它们进行应力监测,并将模拟计算的应力值与现场监测数据对比。对比结果表明:模拟计算的应力值与现场监测数据吻合,施工方法合理,施工过程安全可靠。
The construction of some non-spoke-type giant wheel is calculated and simulated by Midas Gen finite element analysis software. According to the divided engineering conditions,the stress statement of key components is analyzed and calculated by ‘activating'‘inactivating'unit. In order to ensure the safety in the process of construction,a special monitoring program for key components is stroked out,and the stress of them in the process of construction and unloading is monitored,then compared the calculated values with monitoring values. The results showed that the stress values of simulation computation agreed with the monitoring values very well,it proved that the method of construction and simulation is right,the construction process is safe.
