摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法将原发性高血压患者80例,随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组患者进行常规治疗;治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上应用稳压汤联合金水宝胶囊进行治疗。两个疗程后评估两组患者收缩压和舒张压,检测尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(SCr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血清胱抑素C(Cyst-C)等含量,并检测肾动脉阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)等指标。结果治疗组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Scr、BUN均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后β2-MG、Cyst-C、RI和PI均低于对照组,且两组治疗后均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病,效果显著,能够显著减轻肾功能损害,改善肾内血液动力学。
Objective To investigate the improvement of the early stage renal function damage for primary hypertension patients by Wenya decoction combined with Jinshui Bao capsule, and analyze the influence of renal hemodynamic. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. Control group received routine treatment, treatment group received Wenya decoction combined with Jinshui Bao capsule on the basis of routine therapy. After 2 courses, assess the systolic pressure and the diastolic blood pressure of the two groups,detect serum urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （SCR）, β2 - microgiobulin （β2 -MG）, serum eystatin C （cystatin C） content, detect renal artery resistance index （RI） and pulsatility index （PI）. Resuits The total efficiency of treatment group was 97.50% ,higher than 92. 50% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum creatinine （SCR） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） of both groups decreased than those of before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. β2 - MG, Cystatin C, RI and PI of treatment group were （0. 17 ±0. 22） mg/L, （0. 40 ±0. 08）mg/L, （0.43 ±0. 06） and （ 1.04 ±0. 10）, lower than（0. 29 ±0. 19） mg / L, （0. 61 ±0. 10 mg / L, （0. 55 ±0. 07） and （ 1.12 ±0. 11 ） of control group, and both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Wenya decoction combined with Jinshui Bao capsule is effective in treatment of primary hypertension, it can significantly reduce the damage of renal function and improve renal hemodynamics.
