摘要
分别采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对苯并芘进行测定。结果表明,气质联用法的保留时间短于高效液相色谱法;两种方法的相关系数、相对标准偏差和检出限均能很好的满足环境水样中苯并芘的分析要求。考虑到实际样品中成分复杂,为避免杂峰的干扰,可优先选用GCMS的SIM模式分析。
C,C-MS and HPLC were separately applied to determine benaopyrene. Theretention time of GC-MS was ob- served to be shorter than that of HPLC. Both of the methods were well met the requirements of analyzing benzopyrene in environmental water samples, in terms of correlation coefficients, relative standard deviations and detection limits. Considering the actual sampl-es composition is complicated, the SIM mode of GC-MS was preferred so as to avoid the interfereence of impure peaks.
