Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique for patients with orthopedic diseases complicated with hypertension. Methods Sixty cases of patients with orthopedic diseases complicated with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. These patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received rubber tube drainage and routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received vacuum sealing drainage and comprehensive nursing. The clinical effect and nursing outcome of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). After nursing, the average frequency of incision dressing change of the observation group was (1.24±0.45), which was significantly fewer than (4.02±0.33) of the control group (P〈0.05). Moreover, the various quality of life indexes scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional procedure, vacuum sealing drainage technique has better clinical effect. Moreover, the comprehensive nursing based on vacuum sealing drainage is significantly better than the routine nursing, which may facilitate recovery and improve quality of life. Thus, it is worth popularizing.
