摘要
利用Deform-3D有限元软件模拟分析了转向轴承套圈温锻成形工艺,分别从等效应力场、等效应变场、温度场和成形载荷角度考察了温锻工艺下轴承套圈的锻造温度、模具预热温度、成形速度和摩擦系数的影响,获得了最佳的工艺参数,并且对工艺参数进行了实验验证。模拟结果表明,当锻造温度为750℃、模具预热温度为200℃、成形速度为10 mm·s-1、摩擦系数为0.3时,转向轴承套圈的成形效果最好。在最佳工艺参数条件下进行实验验证,结果表明:锻件外观质量、几何尺寸、金相组织和硬度等各项指标均满足要求。按照产品工艺进行车削、热处理和磨削等后续加工,得到的锻件质量符合要求。
The warm forging of steering bearing rings was simulated by finite element software Deform-3D,and the influences of the equivalent stress field,equivalent strain field,temperature field and forming load on forming temperature,preheating temperature,forming speed and friction coefficient under the warm forging process were studied to obtain the optimal process parameters. At the same time,the above process parameters were verified by experiment. The simulation results show that the forming effect of steering bearing rings is the best with the forging temperature 750 ℃,the preheating temperature of die 200 ℃,the forming speed 10 mm·s^- 1and the friction coefficient 0. 3. The experiment results under this condition show that the appearance quality of the forgings,geometry size,microstructure,hardness,etc. can satisfy the requirements. The turning,heat treatment,grinding and other follow-up processing based on the product process can make the forgings meet the requirements of quality.
