900只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡分3个处理组:处理组1是对照组,不添加抗生素和化学合成抑菌药物;处理组2添加细菌源脂肪酶,处理组3添加真菌源脂肪酶。结果显示:处理组3肉鸡42日龄末体重显著高于(P〈0.05)处理组1肉鸡。29~42日龄以及试验全期,处理组3肉鸡饲料/增重比,显著小于(P〈0.05)处理组1和2;处理组1肉鸡平均日增重,与处理组2差异不显著(P〉0.05),但显著小于(P〈0.05)处理组3肉鸡。15~42日龄阶段,处理组3肉鸡对饲料粗脂肪和能量的表观代谢率显著大于(P〈0.05)处理组1和2,且处理组1和2差异不显著(P〉0.05)。本试验证明,在无抗日粮配方条件下,真菌源脂肪酶能够改善15-42日龄肉仔鸡的生产性能,但对1~14日龄肉仔鸡生产性能无显著影响。
Nine hundred new born AA broilers were assigned three treatment groups to study the effects of lipase on the growth performance and diet nutrient utilization of White-Feathered broilers. Group 1 was the control group, and Group 2 and Group 3 were the addition of the bacteria- or fungisource lipase. No antibiotics or chemical synthesis of antimicrobial agents were added in this experimental diet. The results showed the final body weight of Group 3 were greater (P〈0.05) than Group 1 at the 42-day old chickens. During the period of 29-42 days old or all trail cycle, the ratio of feed intake to body weight gain of Group 3 broilers was superior (P〈0.05) to Group 1 and Group 2, and the average daily gain of Group 1 was similar with Group 2 and was less (P〈0.05) than Group 3. The crude fat and the energy apparent availabihties of Group 3 were higher (P〈0.05) than those of Group 1 and Group 2, and no difference (P〉0.05) were shown between Group 1 and Group 2 at age of 15 to 42 days. These findings proved that fungi source lipase supplemented in no antibiotics diets could improve the growth performance for 15 to 42 days of broilers, and fail to 1 to 14 days of broilers.
