摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对2,4-二氟苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚和五氯苯酚进行分离测定,分别比较了不同吸收波长下三种物质的响应值;并对流动相的有机相中含0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.5%甲酸时三种氯酚类物质的分离效率及灵敏度进行了比较和优化;进一步优化了流动相比例对分离效率的影响。并使用优化后的色谱方法进行了精密度和加标回收率实验,氯酚类化合物在20~1000μg/L范围内线性关系较好,方法检出限为0.711-0.851μg/L,加标回收率79.0%-100.5%。结果表明,该方法分析时间较短,定量准确,适合用于地表水中氯酚类化合物的测定。
The high-performance liquid phase chromatography of 2, 4-dichlorophenol, 2, 4, 6 trichlorophenol and pentachlomphenol for separation and determination, were used to compare the response values of different absorption wavelength of these three materials respectively; compared and optimized the separation efficiency and sensitivity of three chlorophenols matter when flowing phase of organic phase containing 0. 1%, 0. 2%, 0. 4%, 0. 5% formic acid; further optimized the effect of proportion of mobile phase on the separation efficiency. During the precision and recovery rate experiment with optimized chromatographic methods, chlorophenols in 20 - 1 000 ug / L linear relationship had better detection limits for 0. 711 - 0. 851μg/L, and the recoveries were 79.0% - 100. 5%. The results showed that with shorter time and accurate quantitative analysis, this method was suitable for the determination of chlorophenols on surface water.
