摘要
文章详细分析了地市级农业科研院所在人才引进、培养工作中存在的共性问题,提出了制订科学合理的引才计划、完善招聘机制、针对性引才、完善人才培养机制、优化人才激励机制以及提升单位创新实力等对策,以期为新形势下地市级农业科研院所健全人才引进、培养机制,强化人才队伍建设提供参考。
Common problems in talent introduction and training of municipal agricultural scientific research institutes were analyzed in detail in the paper. Suggestions were put forward, such as making more scientific and reasonable talent introducing plan, perfecting recruitment and training mechanism, introducing talents purposefully, optimizing motivation mechanism and promoting innovation strength of institutes. These will provide references for municipal agricultural scientific research institutes to improve talent introduction and training mechanism and strengthen talent team construction in the new circumstances.
