摘要
运河区域美食文化遗产是运河众多文化遗产的一个重要组成部分。运河古城枣庄的美食具有历史悠久、种类繁多、营养健康等特点。开发枣庄美食资源可以采取四种措施:一是搜集、挖掘、整合美食文化资源;二是制定品牌战略,打响品牌,形成产业;三是采用"引进来"与"走出去"相结合的策略;四是全方位、多角度综合开发,将美食与民俗、旅游等相结合。
Food culture is one of the important components in the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal heritage. The tasty food of the ancient city Zaozhuang located by the shore of the canal could be characterized as historic, nutritious, and healthy. Developing and utilizing comprehensively and multi-dimensionally these food resources could be performed by collecting, mining, and integrating food cultural resources; establishing brand strategy to build up an industry; combining "introducing" with "stepping out" strategy and integrating folkcustoms and tourism.
