摘要
为促进植物生长调节剂在烟草培栽中应用,采用单因素试验研究绿施达、3.8%苄氨·赤霉酸EC和0.136%赤吲·乙·芸苔WP等3种植物生长调节剂浸种对烟草种子萌发和早期幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:3种药剂对烟草种子萌发和幼苗生长影响不同。其中,5 600mg/L绿施达处理种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,分别达92.67%、69.33%和11.66;而3.8%苄氨·赤霉酸EC处理对烟草种子具有明显抑制作用,浓度为80 mg/L时,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为67.67%、47.33%和8.53。1 400mg/L绿施达、160mg/L苄氨·赤霉酸及0.2mg/L赤吲·乙·芸苔处理能有效地增长幼苗的根长和提高幼苗的鲜重,分别达0.777 0cm和0.003 8g,0.98 00cm和0.003 5g,0.980 0cm和0.004 4g;有利于提高幼苗的抗倒伏能力。
The effects of three different plant growth regulators(Lushida,3.8% Benzyl ammonia gebberellic acid EC and Chiyinyiyuntai WP)on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco by soaking seed treatment and single-factor experiment to improve application of plant growth regulators in tobacco cultivation.Results:Three plant growth regulators have different effects on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco.The germination rate,vigor and index of tobacco seeds soaked with 5 600 mg/L Lushida are 92.67%,69.33% and 11.66.3.8% Benzyl ammonia gebberellic acid EC has the obvious inhibition effect on germination characters of tobacco seeds and the germination rate,vigor and index of tobacco seeds soaked with 3.8% Benzyl ammonia gebberellic acid EC with 80 mg/L concentration are67.67%,47.33% and 8.53.The root length and fresh weight of seedlings germinated from tobacco seeds treated with 1 400 mg/L Lushida,1 600 mg/L Benzyl ammonia gebberellic acid and 0.2 mg/L Chiyinyiyuntai reach 0.777 0cm and 0.003 8g,0.989 9cm and 0.003 5g,0.980 0cm and 0.003 5g,0.980 0cm and 0.004 4g respectively,which can improve the lodging resistance capability of tobacco seedlings and promote growth of strong seedlings.
