摘要
为探明外源Ca2+对黄芩盐胁迫伤害的缓解作用,提高盐渍条件下黄芩的栽培品质,以商洛道地药材黄芩为试材,进行不同浓度的NaCl胁迫和外源CaCl2处理黄芩种子试验。结果表明:施加一定浓度的CaCl2能有效缓解盐胁迫对黄芩种子的萌发和黄芩幼苗生长发育的抑制作用,增强黄芩抗盐害的能力。其中,20mmol/L的CaCl2可显著提高黄芩种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数,提高叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性及叶绿素含量,降低MDA含量。
To explore the effects of exogenous Ca^2+on alleviating salt stress of S.baicalensis,and enhance the cultivation quality under saline conditions,a seed test was conducted on S.baicalensis under salt stress in varying concentrations treated with exogenous Ca^2+.Results:Certain concentrations of CaCl2 could effectively alleviate the inhibition of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth and development of S.baicalensis,and increase the salt resistance ability.20mmol/L CaCl2 could significantly improve the seed germination vigor,germination rate,germination index,SOD,POD,CAT activities and chlorophyll content in leaves,and decrease MDA content
