摘要
点阵参数是晶体结构的基本参数,对固溶体研究具有重要作用。本研究制备了ZrO2质量分数(wt%)为0~30%的ZrO2-UO2陶瓷粉体,经高温烧结获得U1-xZrxO2燃料样品。应用X射线衍射分析技术,采用纳尔逊外推函数(sin^-1θ+θ^-1)cos^2θ/2研究了U1-xZrxO2固溶体的点阵参数随ZrO2含量变化的规律。结果表明:ZrO2含量低于30wt%及烧结温度高于1650℃时ZrO2能完全固溶于UO2中形成U1-xZrxO2固溶体,其点阵参数随ZrO2含量的变化呈良好线性关系,与Vegard定律吻合。
Lattice parameter, the basic parameter of crystal configuration, is important for study of solid solution. Different compositions had been prepared then U1-xZrxO2 Solid Solution were acquired by sintering. The realationship of U1-xZrxO2 solid solution lattice parameter and content of solute Zr is investigated by X-ray diffraction technic and function of Naerxun. The results shows that When the sinter temperature is over 1650℃, solid solution with one single phase U1-xZrxO2 is formed in ZrO2 - UO2 system ZrO2 containning below 30wt%. The latiitce parameter of U1-xZrxO2 is linearization with Zr contain which is conformity with Vegard law when ZrO2 contain below 30 wt %.
