摘要 介绍了所研发的高压喷雾消防车射流系统工作原理及高压喷雾枪、柱塞泵等主要部件,开展了室内木垛火、室外木垛火、室外油盘火、不同混合比灭火剂灭火等火灾试验,并与水罐消防车、压缩空气泡沫消防车进行了灭火效果对比。试验结果表明,高压喷雾消防车射流系统能高效扑灭多种典型的室内外火灾,系统用水量小、操作简单,用于消防车具有机动灵活、战斗展开与转移便捷、所需操作人员少等特点。系统已通过专家评审,半年灭火实战检验效果良好。 High pressure water spay system was developed and utilizedin the fire fighting vehicle. The working principle and main components of this system, including high pressure water spray gun and ram-type pump, were introduced. Different kinds of fire extinguishing tests, including indoor wood fire, outdoor wood fire, outdoor pool fire, and different mixing ratio of fire extinguishing agent, were conducted by comparing with water tank and compressed air foam system fire fighting vehicles. The results showed that the system is able to efficiently extinguish typical indoor and outdoor fires using much less water, and the high pressure water mist fire fighting vehicle is flexible and easy to operate and transfer, as well as fewer firefig! ters is needed. The system has passed the experts evaluation, and achieved good results in six months actual fire extinguishing application.
