摘要
烧嘴的主要功能是借助高速氧气流的动能将水煤浆雾化并充分混合,在炉内形成一股有一定长度黑区的稳定火焰,为气化创造条件,是水煤浆气化炉的核心设备之一。本文针对目前水煤浆气化烧嘴使用寿命较短等问题,提出了增加水煤浆初次雾化工艺和设计烧嘴双重冷却水系统,对水煤浆气化炉的稳定运行有着重要意义。
Burner is one of the core equipment of coal-water slurry gasifier, it is efficient used for vigorous mixing and atomizing the coal-water slurry with the aid of high-speed flow of oxygen and resulting a certain length in furnace to form a stable flame black area to create conditions for gasification. In this paper, considering the current coal-water slurry gasification burner problems such as short service life, an enhanced atomization of coal-wa- ter slurry and dual cooling design are designed for the gasifier, which has great significance to the stable operation of coal-water slurry gasifier.
