Value of PET-CT clinical application in extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma

摘要 结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,ENKTL)是一种特殊类型的非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL),好发于亚洲及中南美洲,占NHL所有类型的1%及外周T细胞淋巴瘤的10%,占亚洲NHL病例数的6.5%.我国T细胞和NK细胞淋巴瘤的相对构成占所有淋巴瘤的21.38%,远高于西方国家数据,其中ENKTL是T细胞和NK细胞淋巴瘤亚型中最为常见的类型,好发于年轻男性患者,中位年龄38岁,是颇具中国特色的淋巴瘤类型之一.ENKTL患者的预后与诊断时的分期和治疗方案的选择密切相关.
