猪伪狂犬病病毒AH02LA株的分离鉴定及其对仔猪致病性研究 被引量:12

Isolation and identification of one porcine pseudorabies virus strain AH02LA and its pathogenicity in piglets

摘要 从安徽六安某爆发伪狂犬病猪场送检的流产仔猪脑组织样品中分离获得1株病毒,经鉴定为伪狂犬病毒(pseudorabies virus,PRV),命名为PRV AH02LA株。PRV AH02LA株的糖蛋白g D和g I基因序列与2011年以来我国分离的变异株同源性最高(99.5%~100%),而与其他毒株同源性低。该分离株在BHK21细胞上增殖能力强,最高滴度达到109.0TCID50/m L。该分离株对4~5周龄和9~10周龄的PRV阴性猪能引起100%发病和死亡。临床上4~5周龄猪有严重的神经症状,也有明显的呼吸道症状;而9~10周龄猪主要表现呼吸道症状。说明本研究分离获得的PRV AH02LA是一株伪狂犬病毒变异株,其对仔猪的致病力较强。 One strain of virus was isolated from the brain tissue of an abortion stillbirths of a sow suspected to be infected by pseudorabies virus( PRV). This virus was identified to be PRV and nominated PRV AH02 LA. g D and g I gene sequences of PRV AH02 LA strain had higher homology( 99. 5%-100%) with the variant strains isolated in China since 2011 than other strains isolated before. PRV AH02 LA strain had strong propagation ability on BHK21 cells with a pick titer amount to 109. 0TCID50/ m L. PRV AH02 LA strain could cause 100%morbidity and mortality for 4 to 5-or 9 to10-week-old PRV negative pigs. However,in clinical signs,4 to 5-week-old piglets presented severe neurologic and respiratory symptoms,while 9 to 10 week-old piglets showed respiratory tract symptoms,with only slight neurological symptoms. The results indicated that PRV AH02 LA strain is a PRV variant strain with high virulence for piglets.
