摘要
甲状腺激素作用于身体的每个细胞,几乎参与了女性所有的生殖生理活动。因此,正常的甲状腺功能有利于维持妇科内分泌系统的稳定。贯穿于女性一生各个阶段的妇科内分泌疾病(如不良妊娠结局、多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢储备功能下降及绝经相关疾病)几乎均与甲状腺功能相关。因此,正确认识妇科内分泌相关疾病与甲状腺功能的关系,将有助于提高临床诊治水平。
Acting on almost every cell in human bodies, thyroid hormones are involved in nearly all physiological activities of female reproduction. Therefore, normal thyroid functionality is beneficial to maintain the stability of the gynecologic endocrine system. Throughout all phases of a female life, almost all gynecologic endocrine diseases are associated with thyroid function, for instance, adverse pregnancy outcomes, polycystic ovary syndrome,diminished ovarian reserve and menopause-related diseases. Therefore,an accurate understanding of the relationship between gynecologic endocrine diseases associated with thyroid function, will contribute to the improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
