盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芩苷及绿原酸对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芩苷及绿原酸对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。方法运用96孔板点样法,采用酶标仪测定1 000、500、250、125、62.50、31.25 mg/L浓度下的盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芩苷以及绿原酸对大肠埃希菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌的吸光值,计算抑菌率,比较4种成分对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。结果1 000、500、250、125、62.50、31.25 mg/L的盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芩苷以及绿原酸对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均为1 000 mg/L的抑菌率>500 mg/L的抑菌率>250 mg/L的抑菌率>125 mg/L的抑菌率>62.50 mg/L的抑菌率>31.25 mg/L的抑菌率;同一浓度的不同药物抑菌率比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),对于大肠埃希菌,头孢吡肟的抑菌率最高,其次是人参皂苷Rb1和盐酸小檗碱,最后是绿原酸和黄芩苷。对于金黄色葡萄球菌,头孢吡肟的抑菌率最高,其次是盐酸小檗碱,再次是人参皂苷Rb1,然后是绿原酸,黄芩苷的抑菌效果最差。结论盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Rb1、黄芩苷和绿原酸4种中药成分对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑菌作用,浓度越高抑菌作用越强,同一药物浓度下人参皂苷Rb1和盐酸小檗碱的抑菌效果较好,绿原酸和黄芩苷的抑菌效果较差。 Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis of berberine hydrochloride, ginsenoside Rbl, baicalin and chlorogenic acid on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus. Methods By 96-pore plate spotting method, microplate reader was used to detect the absorbance of Escheriehia coil and Staphylococcus under the inhibition rate of 1 000,500,250,125, 62.50, 31.25 mg/L of berberine hydrochloride, ginsenoside Rb1, baicalin and chlorogenic acid and calculate the bacteriostasis rate and compared the bacteriostasis of the 4 components on Escherichia eoli and Staphylococcus anreus. Results The antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus of 1 000,500,250,125,62. 50,31.25 mg/L of berberine hydrochloride, ginsenosides Rbl, baicalin and chlorogenic acid were statistically significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ), inhibition rate of i 000 mg/L 〉 500 mg/L 〉 250 mg/L 〉 125 mg/L 〉 62.50 mg/L 〉 31. 25 mg/L. Under the same concentration, the inhibitory rates of different drugs were also statistically significantly different( P 〈 0. 05 ), for Escherichia coli: cefepime had the highest inhibitory rate, followed by ginsenoside Rbl and berberine hydrochloride, the last were chlorogenic acid and baicalin. For Staphylococcus aureus: the inhibitory rate of eefepime was the highest, followed by the hydrochloric acid berberine, the third was ginsenoside Rbl and then the chlorogenic acid, baicalin was the last. Conclusion The 4 kinds of Chinese medicinal components, berberine hydroehloride, ginsenoside Rhl, baicalin and chlorogenic acid, have a certain inhibitory effect, and higher concentration has stronger antibacterial effect. Under the same concentration, the inhibitory effect of ginsenoside Rbl and berberine hydrochloride is better than chlorogenic acid and baicalin.
