表贴式永磁同步电机齿槽转矩抑制的方法 被引量:6

摘要 永磁同步电机以其体积小、效率高等优点,已经广泛的应用在工业设备、家电产品和自动控制系统等高要求、高性能的设备中,但是齿槽转矩的存在对永磁电机的运行有着十分不利的影响。齿槽转矩影响了永磁电机的运行性能,因此很多文章研究如何抑制齿槽转矩,将齿槽转矩减小到普遍可以接受的程度。本文全面的对现阶段国内以及国外相关齿槽转矩削弱方法的现状以及削弱电机齿槽转矩的意义进行了综述,详细论述了齿槽转矩产生的机理,从表贴式永磁电机本体设计及参数优化出发,分析文献中齿槽转矩主动削弱方法的优缺点。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor with its small size, high efficiency, has been widely used in in- dustrial equipment, home appliances and automatic control system. The permanent magnet motor has a very nega- tive impact because of the cogging torque. Cogging torque affects the performance permanent magnet motor, so many articles on how reduced cogging torque. By these methods, the cogging torque is reduced to a level general- ly acceptable. In this paper, a comprehensive overview of relevant domestic and weaken the motor cogging torque method. Suppressing cogging torque significance discussed, analyzed in detail the cogging torque generating mechanism. From the body design and parameter optimization of surface mounted permanent magnet motor, ana- lyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the literature reducing cogging torque active approach.
