摘要 介绍了火电机组快速甩负荷(FCB)的功能及优点,阐述了FCB功能实现的条件,包括:机组需配备大容量旁路系统,汽轮机调速系统的快速响应,小汽轮机汽源的无扰切换,凝结水系统快速启动,锅炉快速减负荷能力;FCB信号的生成及机组联锁保护的原则,并对机组FCB时各热力系统的控制策略进行了说明,指出火电机组FCB功能不仅对电网调度有利,还有助于提高机组运行的安全性和经济性。 This paper introduced the functions and advantages of fast cut back (FCB) of thermal power units, expounded the conditions of the realization of FCB function, including a large capacity bypass system, to quickly switch steam turbine governing system, undisturbed switching of steam source of small steam turbine, condensed water system quick start and run back capacity of boiler for the unit need to be equiped with. It also exponnded that Generation of FCB signal and principle of unit interlocking protection, and described the control strategy of each thermal system when the unit in FCB wadition. Points out that the thermal power unit FCB function is not only good for power grid scheduling, also helps to improve the safety and economic behavior of unit operation.
