摘要
通过基因工程方法可以得到产量稳定增长、营养品质更高、适应能力更强的谷子品种。为了解目前谷子遗传转化体系研究的现状,本文归纳了影响谷子组织培养、农杆菌侵染和转化再生体系的关键因素,同时总结了谷子遗传转化体系的研究现状。最后指出了谷子遗传转化的瓶颈问题,展望了农杆菌介导谷子转化技术的前景,为建立稳定高效的谷子遗传转化体系提供了有益线索。
The millet varieties with steady increase of yield,higher nutritional quality and more adaptability will be obtained through genetic engineering methods. To understand the current research situation of milletgenetic transformation,this paper summarized the key factors which affected the tissue culture,Agrobacteriuminfection and transformation regeneration system. And the research progress of millet genetic transformationwas reviewed. Finally,the bottleneck problem of millet genetic transformation was pointed out,and the futureapplication of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation technology was discussed,which provides useful cluesfor the establishment of millet genetic transformation system with high efficiency and stability.
