烯酰吗啉等药剂分别与嘧菌酯混配对葡萄霜霉病的联合毒力测定 被引量:2

摘要 研究旨在明确烯酰吗啉、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐分别与嘧菌酯混配对葡萄霜霉病的联合作用类型,采用离体叶盘法测定3种单剂及聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐与嘧菌酯6个配比、烯酰吗啉与嘧菌酯5个配比对葡萄霜霉病的毒力。结果表明:嘧菌酯、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、烯酰吗啉对葡萄霜霉病菌的EC50分别为2.010、64.961、2.722 mg·L-1;聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐与嘧菌酯15∶1、12∶1、9∶1、6∶1、3∶1、1∶1混配均表现为增效作用,其中,(6~9)∶1配比的SR值较大、增效作用较明显;烯酰吗啉与嘧菌酯4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2混配均表现为增效作用,其中,6∶4配比的SR值为1.82,增效作用最明显。 This study was to clarify the co-effects of dimethomorph and polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride( PHMB) with azoxystrobin on P. viticola. The toxicities of the 3 single fungicides,the mixtures of PHMB and azoxystrobin at 6 different ratios,and the mixtures of dimethomorph and azoxystrobin at 5 different ratios on P. viticola were tested by in vitro leaf disc assay. The results showed that the EC50 of azoxystrobin,PHMB and dimethomorph were 2. 010,64. 961 and 2. 722 mg·L-1,respectively. The 6 different matching ratios of PHMB and azoxystrobin including 15∶ 1,12∶ 1,9∶ 1,6∶ 1,3∶ 1 and 1∶ 1,had synergistic effect on P. viticola,and the ratio of( 6 ~ 9) ∶ 1 had the larger SR value and the strongest synergistic effect. Similarily,the 5 different matching ratios of dimethomorph and azoxystrobin including 4∶ 6,5∶ 5,6∶ 4,7∶ 3 and 8∶ 2also had the synergistic effect on P. viticola,and the ratio of 6∶ 4 had the SR value as 1. 82 and the strongest synergistic effect.
