摘要 本文以隧道磁阻技术制作的MMA253F角度传感器为基础,提出了一种采用DSP控制器实现旋转角度精确计量解决方案.核心思想是由MMA253F传感器提供表示磁场角度的一对正交电压信号,经DSP控制器采样处理后,通过运行CORDIC整数算法计算出绝对角度位置的编码值.测试结果表明,该方案可实现角度计量,结果准确可靠.相对于光电式角度编码器,该方案具有抗震、抗冲击、适于恶劣工业环境等诸多优点,且易与测控系统高度集成.因此,该角度测量方案具有较高的工程价值和广泛的应用前景. This paper puts forward an accurate measurement of rotation angle by means of DSP controller, based on MMA253F angle sensor using Tunneling Magneto-Resistance (TMR) technology. The core idea is that by sampling and processing a pair of quadrature voltage signals indicating the angle of magnetic field giving by the MMA253F sensor, and by running Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer (CORDIC) integer algorithm, the DSP controller will calculate out the encoded value of the absolute-angle positions. The test results show that this solution can realize angle measurement, the results are accurate and reliable, this measurement has advantage such as anti-vibration, anti-shock, robust and easy-to-integrate. Therefore, this angle measurement has high engineering value and broad application prospects.
