摘要
通过对《舟山群岛新区企业人才调查问卷》进行分析,深入剖析舟山群岛新区企业人才聚集的瓶颈,提出应从加大企业人才引进集聚力度、加强企业人才培训机制建设、完善人才激励机制、加强企业文化建设等方面制定对策,促进舟山群岛新区企业人才集聚,以更好地保障舟山群岛新区企业健康、快速发展。
Based on the concept of talent and talent gathering,through the "Zhoushan Archipelago New Area Talent Questionnaire"analysis ,the paper points out that the promotion of the talent gathering of enterprises in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area should be implemented from the following four aspects: to increase the intensity of preferential policy;to change concept and strengthen the training of talents;to improve the incentive mechanism of retaining talents,and to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.
