摘要
现代炼钢工艺依靠副枪测量来调节吹氧量和转炉熔剂添加量,其精确的测量数据和动态控制模型有机结合,使"快速出钢"得以实现,本文所述转炉副枪系统基础自动化测控装置的设计、PLC控制系统软硬件组成、硬件组态、以及副枪炼钢全过程测量的人机交互操作控制,抗干扰措施的实现等功能,提高了转炉炼钢自动化水平,改善了工作条件,实现了一键智能炼钢。
Modern steelmaking process depend on the sublance measure to adjust the volume of oxygen blowing and converter flux added, the organic combination of precise measurement data and the dynamic control model, to achieve "rapid tapping", this article described the sublance system based automatic measurement and control device of converter design, software and hardware of PLC control system, hardware configuration, measurement of human-computer interaction and the sublance steelmaking process operation control, the realization of the anti-jamming measures such as function, improve the level of the bof steelmaking automation, improve the working conditions, implements a key intelligent steelmaking.
