山莓叶总黄酮含量测定方法的建立 被引量:1

Determination of total flavonoids from Rubus corchorifolius leaves

摘要 以湖南省湘西吉首山莓叶为研究对象,通过紫外扫描比较了标准对照品芦丁和山莓叶提取物在NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH和AlCl_3两种显色体系下的吸收特性,结果表明,NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH显色体系更适合山莓叶中总黄酮含量的测定,标准曲线回归方程A=0.021357+1.302165C,芦丁在0.0000-0.0515mg/mL范围内的浓度和吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9968,平均回收率为99.0%。采用此方法测定了春秋两季山莓叶中总黄酮的含量,精密度高、重现性好,适用于山莓叶总黄酮的定量分析。 Rubus corchorifolius leaves from Jishou City, Hunan Province was extracted with ultrasonic extraction process.Then the rutin and Rubus corchorifolius extract(total flavonoids) was comparative analyzed by UV scanning method with Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH and Al Cl3, respectively. It was confirmed that the rutin had a linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.00~0.0515 mg/m L(A=0.021357+1.302165 [C],R=0.996 8), and the average recovery was 99.00% with RSD of 2.220% under the methods of Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH colorimetry method. And the concentration of total flavonoids from Rubus corchorifolius leaves in Spring and Autumn was determined. The methods of Na NO2-Al(NO3)3-Na OH colorimetry present high accuracy and repeatability for the determination of total flavonoids from Rubus corchorifolius leaves.
