摘要
基于既有旅客列车运行图下的高速铁路行包运输组织方案建立了优化模型,利用LINGO9.0平台对模型进行了求解,并以京沪高铁为背景设计了算例对模型的有效性进行了验证.结果表明,模型对高速铁路快运组织方案设计问题具有良好的适用性和优化效果.通过给出高速铁路快运停站方案和装卸车作业计划,能为高速铁路货物运输组织提供一定的决策支持.
An optimization model is established for the transportation organization scheme of high speed railway based on the existing high-speed railway timetable.This model is solved using LINGO9.0platform.By using Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway as the background,a case study is designed to validate the rational of the established model.The results show that the model has a good adaptability and optimized effects in solving the design problems of transportation organization scheme of high speed railway.Moreover,through the proposed model,an optimized express freight transport plan and loading and unloading scheme are acquired,which could guide practice to some extent.
