摘要
目的探讨儿童泪小管断裂吻合术围手术期的临床护理。方法对全麻下行儿童泪小管断裂吻合术的患儿均行围手术期护理,观察患儿术后恢复情况。结果 108例患儿手术均在全麻下顺利完成,未发生麻醉及手术意外,未发生并发症,伤口愈合好。随访追踪6-24个月,平均13个月,泪道冲洗通畅95例（87.90%）,泪道冲洗自上泪小点返流9例（8.33%）,泪道冲洗不通畅4例（3.77%）,泪小管保留好,无脱落发生。102例患儿内眦外形、睑缘位置良好,家属对外观满意,6例对眼睑内眦皮肤外观不满意。结论儿童泪小管断裂吻合术后的围手术期综合护理至关重要,有助于患儿早期康复,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing of children with lacrimal duct anastomosis in perioperative period.Methods Perioperative nursing care was used to children with lacrimal duct anastomosis under general anesthesia and we observed their incidence of postoperative recovery. Results 108 cases were successfully completed under general anesthesia,no accidents in anesthesia and surgery,no complications,wound healing well.Followed up 6 - 24 months,13 months in average,95 cases of lacrimal duct flush were unobstructed,accounting for 87. 90%,4 cases of lacrimal duct flush were obstructed,accounted for3. 77%,lacrimal duct was reserved well,no shedding happened.102 cases of patients had good inner canthus shape and margin position,the families were satisfied with the appearance and for 6 cases of patients,the families were not satisfied with the skin appearance of eyelid canthus. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of children after anastomosis of lacrimal duct is very important,which is helpful for the early recovery of the patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
