摘要
良好的家庭教育能够促进儿童的全面发展,而家长教育的良性发展则为家庭教育提供了重要助力。在终身教育视野下,优化家长教育的发展路径,既有利于家长自我价值的实现,也有利于终身教育理念的深度推广。本文在终身教育与家长教育关系的探讨下,分析我国家长教育发展中的主要困境,并从家长、教师以及家长教育的组织管理三个方面来探索家长教育的创新发展路径。
Good family education plays an important role in children ＂s overall health develop-ment ,while the favorable development of parents education provides an important help in family edu-cation. In the view of lifelong education , the optimal path to the parent education helps both the self -realization of parents and the popularity of the concept of life - long education. By exploring the major dilemma in the development of parents education in China , this paper tries to establish the re-lationship between the construction of life - long education and parents education, and explores the new path for the development of parents education from the three aspects of parents, teachers, and the organization management.
