摘要
本文介绍了近红外光谱技术的发展历程、原理和特点,综述了近红外光谱技术在婴幼儿食品检测方面的应用,并展望了近红外光谱技术在婴幼儿食品快速检测领域的应用前景。
In this paper, the development, principles and characteristics of near - infrared spectroscopy were introduced. And the applications of near infrared spectroscopy in the detection of infant food were described. Finally,it prospected the appli-cation of near infrared spectroscopy.
